Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the RISE mobile application (the "Application", "Service") operated by Goddess Lifestyle BV ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms.

2. Use of the Application

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

You must not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Application.

Use the Service in a way that may damage, disable, or impair the Application.

Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

3. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all content, features, design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Goddess Lifestyle BV or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments (if applicable)

If the Application offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, all payments are processed securely via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Prices and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store/Play Store account settings before the renewal date.

We do not manage refunds directly; please refer to Apple or Google refund policies.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data. Please review it carefully.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you:

Violate these Terms

Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

Cause harm to the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goddess Lifestyle BV shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury resulting from use of the Application.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Third-Party Services

The Application may include links or integrations with third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Application or email. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
